Well, I'm not Finn, but I can see that the list archiving software is 
making the assumption that all emails are plain text only, when some of 
them contain attachments or are in HTML format. In those cases they come 
through looking 'all funny' in the archive.

Email that contains attachments or html is usually wrapped up using MIME 
type formatting. Everything is working as it should be in that department.

What people can do is simply to end all emails as plain text.

Apart from making the archives easier to read, there are still  many on 
the Indymedia network using very 'lo-tech' solutions that support only 
plain text emails, so its probably a good idea to do this anyway.
