I have emailed Andy, the main Cat email and their internal list (catkore) and no one has responded. It is quite depressing.

This would just be a redirect though eh? I think if we do a redirect, then we should redirect indymedia.org.nz. I'm assuming that cat isn't set up for aotearoa.indymedia.org.  If I was a cappo I'd say it would have something to do with dilluting the brand, but seeing I'm not, I'd say it will just confuse ppl to have a totally new name. (hey I didn't even know that we had aotearoa.indymedia.org :-)

I think that we should just do a redirect from indymedia.org.nz --> aotearoa.indymedia.org.au for the moment, and hope that cat will some day get around to editng that file. If cat will accept aotearoa.indymedia.org then go with that, and set up indymedia.org.nz to redirect to aotearoa.indymedia.org.

arggh . . . miles . . . . . because you told me to. In fact you wrote about half of them. Basically because if we have weirdly placed features sections - like a ge section, similar to sf.indy. If you dont you have to whack everything in /webcast, which is getting a bit swollen.

Also, the _are_ many relative links, the only absolute ones are in the side and top bars (and a couple of links to the contact page).

For now, I'll re-relativise the links. I'll have this done by the end of the weekend.

btw, bilingual text - anyone keen to write a generic page that lets you slect between an english text include and a maori text include? Basically simultaneous maori/english text wont work (too much info) - I was thinking a link at the top of the page for switching in between would be cool. Not knowing any php, it looks really simple :-)
