brisbane.indymedia.org site reveals dates to be in order..

Basically the upgraded Postgres database defaulted to an american format
when giving out dates.

Safari changed it to be "Postgres" format when debugging the membership
database (/etc/postgresq/postmaster.conf) but this I discovered is
incompatiable with active code.

Considering there is more active code than membership code (about 10+ to
one) I changed the default datetime format to be "ISO,nonEuropean"

The CAT membership db is again giving errors, sorry. (but should be
fixable)
