hi, seriously - i'm not in a hurry and agree with finn that we need to
be careful - like i only last night learnt the dif between ftp and
ssh...!

I'm not claiming to be a tech here - i'm only claiming to know enough
to know what not to play with. but that's not a reason to give me a
password. I just want to be able to put up new versions of static
content as things get approved. eg - when features policy become
workable and approved - edpol and contact us need re-doing. 

People quite a while ago expressed agreement with my expanded version
og the about page - but nothing has happened - partly because i don't
think it's ready but also becasue finn is often busy. (but now maybe
not so - you person with a degree you :-p  )

so yup let's have policy for this - is there a reason to hurry with
leith?

and do leith and finn think they're too good for writting a short intro
or what? i think that idea went down really well, c'mon support it. :-)

PS: just to highlight my ignorance: what is sudo access?
