Sudo acquisition was proposed for Megan. Pred thinks it's an OK
idea. Someone seconded, so megan's now a superuser, welcome to the 
crew!

Safa's now implemented two layers of sudo. One is for list admin (Hugh 
and
Leia have this level of sudo) and the other is full-strength 
go-everywhere
sudo. Some people from octapod and spinach have sudo access for 
secondary
DNS allocation reasons. Mumble mumble.
