oh yeah,

Finn you are right.

I added "&override=y" to the end of the address / URL and it fixed it.

Adding "&override=y" causes the page content to be re-created from the
database. (its ok to do this, as the only reason we dont get it directly out
of the database all the time is because it creates less of a load on the
server to cache a page outside of the db)
