Hi all,

After much delay and uselessness, I have set up the site so people can
update static code and the print section [theoretically] without
trashing the rest of the site.  I have documented it here:

Sorry bout the slowness, hopefully now people will be a lot more
independent and things'll happen faster round here. Contact the tech
list if you require a login.

I'll set up a small script that will take weekly archives of both the
folders too.
