[Imc-aotearoa-tech] minor site design quiery

Hi I just noticed a gap of a few pixels on the top and
left of the indymedia.org.nz pages.  I was wondering
if there was any reason for this?  I checked out the
styles.css page and noticed that these haven't been
defined so different browsers will give slightly
different gaps depending on their default setting

It just seems a little odd to me the page not lining
up with the top and left
