ive managed to get the print page updated, but
it doesn't look right, 
russel is going to put the pictures up, but the alignment is all fucked,
can someone look and tell me how to fix it please.
and also to remove the 'Volume Two' at the top of the page, i cant seem to do that either.

some miracle Ive got this far.
It looks okay when the html page come up at home, but not on the site
