[Imc-aotearoa-tech] Extending Newswire

Kia ora koutou,

Is there a good reason why the newswire column stops in the middle of the 
page? Why not have it continue down to the bottom of the features so stuff 
stays on longer? Also, can we change "Latest News" to "Story Summaries" so 
it's more descriptive for new users?
