[Imc-aotearoa-tech] linking to specific features

Hi I was wondering if how indy is set up at the moment
wether we can do this?  I sometime want to give people
links to older features and it a pain to say "oh its
still on the front page but about half way down"

easiest way I could see would be just to throw a named
anchor tag in, anyone see any issues with that?
