Yep, it applies to everything. However any html markup that people use
will override it.

Well I am really keen to get onto it asap, but I'm booked up for a week.
After talking to a few people I reckon we should just go with dada, and
it'll only take an evening to install if there are no problems [not
counting configuration etc].

I will email cat to see if we can get some dev space, but they are
having to move all their servers in the next few days. They will have to
set up a database for us.

I reckon we should just leave the current indy site as an archive.
