Just in case you want to check it out the correct site address is www.raglan.net.nz/utr 

you also need to upload an m3u file with the mp3 or Ogg. It's a playlist file and without it your computer will try to suck the entire program  onto your hard drive before playing instead of streaming it bit by bit
