Yep these are my thoughts too. We should also offer to upgrade and move
Brisbane IMC with us as well. The additional effort will not be much
more [I don't think bris have any techs at the mo]. That would remove
about half of Cats b/w.

I think melbourne are moving their site again shortly, so we could ask
where they are going.

Dada runs on linux/apache/mysql/php so most webservers will be
able to run it without much effort. I am open to offers :)

I am able to set up a temp site so we can suss out the layout while we
are waiting for access to the new server.

Heres the basic order:
1. Design site template.
2. Set up basic site.
3. Kill the openpublishing by moving publish.php3
4. Migrate multimedia, newswire database, features database.
5. Mirror multimedia to paranode.
6. Alter DNS to point to the new site.

Not sure if there is anything new, the process was already well
established. One worry is that the other servers may not have space for
us now..

Well as far as I know we have the username/password for paranode so we
should be able to upload files there right away. How much space do we
have? 500mb? We may need more if this is the case.

The one big concern is that it'll be hard to get anyone to give us a
hand for a month or so. I'll ask around and if no one has time, maybe a
way to go would be to do a trial run on my server at home.
