Looking back at this list, I see that, about 3 posts ago there is a 
mesage highlighted in blue = "to do"..

Unfortunately I am a slack, overworked, lazy, fat, capitalist, bastard.

Well at least 1 and two but you may wish to read in three and four and 
if you do I won't blame you.
