Hi bris, nz geeks,

I got bored waiting for bris geeks to come visit me on irc, so tonight i
had a bash at hacking up active to fix the rss generation capability. The
news is:

BRISBANE'S RSS IS FUCKING FIXED! (in a kludgy kind of way)
 http://brisbane.indymedia.org/features.1-0.rdf
Bad news is: nz link urls are like this (not really fixed - no domain):
/archive/features/blah/blah

I have no idea why this should be different between the sites, will
investigate whenever i get the chance.

Basically i edited conway:/www/active/city/shared/modules/IMC/RSSWriter.pm
for both cities to add ' . "/"' at two places in that file. And temporarily
changed the log location in features_cron.pl to something i could write
to.
