[Imc-aotearoa-tech] Burn all .gifs

Kia ora koutou,

I am about to ring Janet about creating a print-friendly version of the AIM
logo. What would be the best open graphical file format for this?

I noticed that a number of the images on our front page are in .gif which is
a proprietary format http://burnallgifs.org/. How difficult would it be to
change those images into .png in keeping with the Indymedia Principles of Unity:

"9. All IMC's shall be committed to the use of free source code, whenever
possible, in order to develop the digital infrastructure, and to increase
the independence of the network by not relying on proprietary software."
