I've been quite closely involved in working with CAT on the recent
changes, particularly the DNS bits.

CAT's dns issues have settled down considerably, but for the time being
we're actually running indymedia.org.nz of servers at easydns.com
(Commercial service, but the first 5 domains are free).

CAT's nearly got the moving of servers and ISPs complete. When that's
done, we'll move back to using their name servers.
