[Imc-aotearoa-tech] Changing images uploaded with files

Hey,
I was wondering if it was possible for us to alter the images that are assosciated to an article in the newswire.

I thought I might be able to ftp to cat with the static update login and upload a new image, then change the file name in administration > edit story > linked file. But I can't find the directory, and I doubt I would have write access.

(Specifically in reference to story ID10385, uploaded this morning, written by a friend of mine.)
