I am sussing out the indy radio stuff and one of the comments on the wiki
was "Currently, I (Arc) have providers upload their programs to their local
IMCs and email me the URLs for their programs"

Will this work for us? 10 hours of stuff will be about 300MB max. so. Does
A-IMC have server space for this as well as the bandwidth to take a feed out
to the global radio server or should we see if we can borrow some of their
space on the berkman server?
