[Imc-aotearoa-tech] features migration

Hi,

I ran through features migration tonite, with a bit of tweaking it ran
fine. The associated images were a total mess though, it may be easier
to just reupload them and manually link them to the articles. Not an
exciting proposition as there's 160[!!] features.

I think that I'll throw caution to the wind and try the migration out on
my computer at home.

So we now just need a server. I'll email nomasters and deskaheh now.
Depending on bureaucracy, we could be offline and migrating in the next
few days. I am *definitely* going to have this up and bugfree for
mayday.
