Yep that is cool - atm you can do this with features or newswire posts,
but not features *and* newswire posts. On the categories table on the
database there is a field for category descriptions, so it would be
possible to include a description of categories above the newswire [like
imc-uk].

It's there - you are able to select multiple categories on the publish
form.
