[Imc-belgium-edito] reworking feat proposal

Hi all,

I do not at all agree that we made 3 different features on the same day
about more or less the same group/activity. I propose to rework the 3
last features and put them into 1 feature, including the overviews.

I didn't really follow the edito list the last days but I have the
feeling this features were put too quickly, without even giving other
edito members time to react. 

I think we are exaggerating a bit with the resist and elections
features. 

Interesting recent features e.g. about Vincent decroly, Semira Adamu and
the G8 are scrolling down too quickly, in my opinion.

I will send a reworked proposal of feature and proposal soon.
