[IMC-bristol] Letter from a supporter

Hello,everybody out there!
I'm an 19-year old Bulgarian student,extremely interested in antiglobalist ideas and actions.Your Mission Statement on the site of the British branch of IMC impressed me greatly.However,I want to know more about the history of the movement and,if it is possible,to correspond and share opinions with other supporters and maybe find some new friends among them.
Moreover,I study Economics and try to develop my own views on this field.That is mostly because I don't believe much in the marginalist theories I'm taught and I need to search the truth on my own.And also for my mistrust to politicians and dislike of the commercialism in modern consummers' society.
In this way, I aim to understand some things that are happening and even try to change them or just think how they could be altered.Without illusions that official education will give all the answers to my questions.Unfortunately,there aren't many people in my country who are well-informed about and concerned with antiglobalism,nor a local branch of IMC,so that I chose to contact you.
