[IMC-bristol] Lancaster weekend

Hello to all,

could we maybe fix a date for the Lancaster meeting soon? There are lots of events to organise in January, and I would not like to have it clashing with 
something else, particularly not  with an imcscotland computer workshop.
I would prefer 18./19.1. for the meeting in Lancaster, or a february meeting if possible.
