hi all,
well, it is not set in stone at all - but it would have been good to combine
it with what is already planned, since on that friday there will be a big
event here - the lauch of an indy-style radio in Town Hall with a
multimedia-performance-ish show and DJ's. (i do not know details of the
radio project, but the people behind it, Phantom Radio, have operated a
pirate radio before locally - and very succesfully so - they want to get
going again because of the local 'imc' initiative, of which they are also
part - synergy, so to speak ).....
i suppose we will have to reschedule, but it is not so easy to get people to
participate in so many events, i fear - but we will see. It will be quite a
lot..... We are going to have an 'internal' event on the 25th of Jan - and
the launch of the 14th of Febr., so when do you see the networking fit? the
next weekend (21/22 febr)?
that should be ok, but we have to check it with the Folly Gallery that
perhaps is our most suitable host (folly is the home of the local Linux User
Group)...... alternatively we could also do it in University - i will ask
around........ this also means that we might need a little more help from
YOU - since people here will be very busy........
let us decide this QUICKLY, pls....
