[IMC-bristol] question about interference fm?

Hello people,

Hope you don't mind me asking, a quick request for
information. I have been researching the possibility
of a political pirate radio station, and someone told
me that there once was one called interference fm
based in bristol. if anyone knows anything about it or
has any contacts, could they let me know, because I
would like to be able to learn from their experiences?
