You can't be banned in this way, because the site doesn't really know
who you are!

Don't worry, the comment has now appeared three times alongside that
article!  ;)

I think it can take a while for the system to publish a comment,
although it should come through eventually.

However, if you post something that really never comes through (give it
a day), please let us know...  (When you did it helps too, so that we
can check the logs.)
