In the courtcase between the Deutsche Bahn and indymedia.nl the judge decided
this afternoon. We lost! 

The decission is very unclear: We have to remove "and to keep removed the
hyperlinks, which are placed on (a) website(s) under the control of Indymedia,
if those hyperlinks lead directly or indirectly to the Radical articles "KLEINE
LEITFADEN ZUR BEHINDERUNG VON TRANSPORTEN ALLER ART" und "AEG
Produktinformation", independent of whether these hyperlinks are taken up in
reports of visitors." 

Anyway, we removed all links which lead direct to mirrors. But we didn't remove
all links which link "indirect" to the articles. If we do this, it means we
should remove all links to indymedia.org, indy.de, indy.be and so on. And we
won't do so off course... (till now, we didn't had a meeting after the
verdict). 

We are waiting to get a clearer interpretation of the decicion, but are a bit
carefull because of the last lines of the verdict: 

"A fine of Euro 5,000 has to be paid for each day that Indymedia neglects to
follow this court order, up to a maximum of Euro 200,000."
