[IMC-bristol] server will go down for short time tonight

hi imc bristol,

just to let you know that easynet, the line provider for the server, 
is doing some maintainance tonight at the exchange.

this means that the server is likely to be inaccessible for around an 
hour, anytime between 8pm tonight and 6am tomorrow morning.

hopefully it won't be out of reach for much longer than that.

if there are problems with re-establishing the connection after the 
maintainance, we'll try and deal with them as quickly as possible.

in the meantime, don't fret if the connection is a bit dodgy tonight, 
its not a problem that should last long.
