I think that's a great idea, and I'd be happy to help with that.

I find sponsored preferential access to one particular web site to be
a bit questionable - even when it is bristol.indymedia. That is, if
we're talking about removing barriers to people who might have trouble
accessing the net, shouldn't that access be unrestricted for
ideological reasons?
That said, "juice" probably wouldn't go for 10 minutes access to
whatever their customers want :) Perhaps this is the best we can hope for.
