Dear friends,

This message is to inform you about the new 
bulletin http://www.behatokia.info/bulletin.php of the Basque 
Observatory of Human Rights. There, you can find different themes about 
human rightīs violations in the Basque Country:

 - the proposal for the creation of a census of tortured people in the 
Spanish State
 - the UN endorsement of 47 complaints made by basque citizens who have 
been arrested by the Guardia Civil, Policia Nacional and Ertzantza 
(Basque regional Governmentīs police).
 - the courtīs judgement that found guilty the two directors of the 
CESID (spanish secret service) for the illegal bugging of the political 
party Herri Batasuna.
 - the current court action against the members of Egunkaria (the basque 
newspaper which was shut down) who denounced that they had been tortured 
by the spanish police when detained.
 - we include in the bulletin the last accidents suffered by the 
relatives and friends of the basque prisoners when visiting.
