Hi,
I went and checked the offending article and was very angry. So I took it unto
myself to format it, as it is a very important article. I attached it here in
Doc and Rtf format if you want to replace the article be me guest. I did not
want to republicise it without the authiors permission. Hope you see what has
to be done.
