Two ways to change the size of a feature image:
1) Scale down the image on your computer, and upload the smaller image
to the site (in a dummy submission you can then hide). Edit the feature
to use the newly uploaded image.
2) Steal the HTML off the frontpage that currently displays the image
(using View -> Page Source). Edit the feature, pasting that HTML at the
top of the feature's text, and remove the original image fields from the
feature. Add the following two attributes to the HTML's <img> tag (you
might need a calculator):
width="..." height="..."
The latter is supported by most browsers, but surfers still end up
downloading the full size image. The former uses up more physical
resources on the indymedia server, but saves bandwidth!
