For what it's worth I don't see any reason why anyone should want you 
removed from the collective either. I haven't been on the site or reading my 
emails much this last week so I'm a bit taken aback by all this drama. I 
think it's all been getting a bit too personal (long before your individual 
email to James) and it's a real shame that people can't just cool it without 
the issue of hiding comments and talking about people's personal emails on 
the public lists coming up. Anyway, I have total faith in you as an IMc 
volunteer.

I was wondering if you could make it to the interview with the agency 
tomorrow. I'm meeting Andy under the sails in the centre at 2pm. I'm happy 
to do it and Andy has some questions prepared, but my camera is pretty 
shoddy for sound and I don't have an external mic. Can you let me know?
