I´m not sure that either JVs comments or mine come under the heading of 
unacceptable language, unless of course about 50% of the stuff that goes out 
on IM causes probs

also JV, whats this stuff about forwarding messages being a matter of 
complaint, the e-mail address is the one you publish, makes sense as the 
message was to the 2 of us to send it to both ??
