Hi all,
After all the recent bitterness flying around - both on and off email - it
seems to me that our public - if sparsely attended - meetings are becoming
an increasingly necessary part of the editorial process.
Either we deal with this... or we let the resentment fester.
I suggest we choose a regular time and venue to meet (such as the first
wednesday in the month at 7pm the Hillgrove) where issues can be discussed
face to face every month.
If we take our editorial responsibilities seriously we should surely have
something clearly displayed on the site explaining when and where we meet.
Otherwise B Independent MC will become more and more 'dependent' on an
increasingly private core.
Anyway - what I originally wanted to ask - is this meeting tonight on or not?
Tony
