[IMC-bristol] PROPOSAL- turn off comments till thursday (if it's easy!)

Hi Mike/all 
is it easy to turn comments off?
just in the short term i think it might make people
think about the value of the comments if they were
turned off till this meeting.

I dont like the idea of full moderation- maybe it is
somthing to consider if the situation does not
improve..

This sounds like a possible solution to me - what do
you mean by "we will probably not use this" ?

Is that a technical decision? I imagine it could make
the set up harder - can you explain the problems in
non tech language?
