[IMC-bristol] admin abuse

Dear all,

Someone has removed me as an administrator of this list.
I have just restored myself.

This was not discussed at meetings and may therefore be a serious abuse of 
admin priviledges.

Would whoever did it please:
1. confess to the list and explain why
2. resign their admin position immediately

I will remind everyone that Ian Ferguson <ian at videonetwork.org> did this 
before - last year - without running it past anyone - citing the 'reason' 
that I was 'no longer involved'.
