Hello BIMC,

I've eaten about all I can this Christmas, been to see my increasingly
insane Gran, and managed to avoid the usual Christmas rows people seem
to be addicted to, and I'm now back to work!

I'm just starting on the next edition of Bristol-Stop-The-War, and
thought I'd explain a couple of key changes to you before bedtime,
because they do involve Bristol Indymedia, even if indirectly.

Our aim for 2004 is to produce a paper version of the BSTW Newsletter,
which we will make available by subscription to those on our postal list
at cost-price. In order to free up the valuable time and energy to make
this possible we will be reducing the frequency of our email Newsletter
to a monthly edition.

We will also continue to send out shorter newsletters as required
between monthly editions, but the main way in which we will counterract
the reduction of info sent out by email will be to further encourage
people to use Bristols' message boards, and in particular, Bristol
Indymedia.

So, one of the effects of these changes at BSTW will be to hopefully to
increase the readership and usage of BIMC, thereby also increasing the
audience for my occasional outbursts ;o)

Best wishes,

James Venables
