[IMC-bristol] payment for stickers

I have finally found a company that can provide
stickers that are sticky (most promise that they do
but the samples that I have been sent have been
rubbish)

the only problem is that for a 1000 18 X 3 cm stickers
the total cost (including one off setup charge of £20)
is £170 - considerably more than the £100 that i
estimated in the meeting.

Having invested time and energy in researching this I
am keen to get them made up, and am willing to split
the difference (I make a donation of £35 and Indy pays
£135)

Is this acceptable to people?
Can I go ahead now or should i wait for the next
meeting?
