I'm down with these ideas.   If they can be implemented on the website then 
great - it would defiantly make the whole process more democratic and that 
can only be a good thing.

There has been  work brewing behind the scenes on introducing a new layout 
design ( joey??) using the San Fransisco IMC layout - which allows articles 
to be grouped by topics and for articles to be rated.

Hopefully we'll know on Thursday how that it is progressing.  On site 
design though I'd like to keep it black - as its easier to read.
