Hello!
I'm writing to ask you if you'd be interested in having an Indymedia =
stall at an activists' open house on corporate globalisation on Saturday =
1st February in Birmingham. It's part of a week of events called "Don't =
Let Big Business Rule Your World!", which will include a public debate, =
a local food night, a film festival, a club night and the day of =
workshops, talks, films and exhibitions.
It would be great to have a stall about alternative media - we're =
already showing a programme of activist films on the day. The event =
will take place on 1st feb from 10.30-5pm at Carr's Lane Church Centre, =
Carr's Lane, Birmingham. We're expecting between 100 and 150 people, =
activists and general public. If you need accomodation or want to come =
along to any of the other events you're very welcome and we can put you =
up.
Please let me know if you'd be interested in having a stall, and I can =
book space, or alternatively if no one can make it on the day you could =
send us some information to display. Our address is below. I've also =
attached a more detailed programme of events for the week.
I hope to see you there, please give me a ring or an email if you need =
anymore information, and sorry for the short notice!
