[IMC-bristol] media day

seems wise to snatch another meeting asap: so we'll be reconvening at the
cube 7.30pm on monday night, when i-contact are doing a screening - the more
the merrier at this, as the media day is now seriously looming.  often the
site manages to run itself but this is one thing where there is stuff to do.
anyone who can't make this but has a burning desire to help: someone from
monday night can arrange to meet you and relay news/jobs etc.

good thing:
having said that, cheers to whoever's already been out leafleting for the
event, and thanks are also due to the spark mag, whove made up some copy
about the event and promote it in the latest issue!  (using my email as a
contact point but not to worry - at least they're on the case advertising
it!)

problem thing:
hogge (of the cube) says theres no way we can go from screening films into
having an 11-piece band on stage (would need set-up time that we just dont
have, the days packed, would they literally fit on the stage etc.) - so
thats been vetoed. hopefully this isnt too problematic as we hadnt heard
back from them anyway so hopefully they wont be too disappointed...

so now we need planD or whatever we're up to for some music: ian had some
ideas so lets pursue them... needs to be DJ or acoustic to avoid mass
soundcheck/ overcrowded stage probs.

also if you've heard back from people who are based elsewhere and cant make
it, do add their messages of support, interest etc (with their permission)
