balancing the books:
we have £500 from greater bristle foundation, plus £100 from the Kebele/Black Swan benefit 

£200 cube hire (100 of which owed to Mike&K)

£100 kuumba hire for creche/kids indymedia*

£20 kids food

£100 general lunch (guesswork: what do people reckon?)

£87.91 printing and stamps (owed to Mike&K)

£507.91 TOTAL SO FAR - what other expenses are there?

*Based on hoping Kuumba give us a discount - normal rate = £120

Any guesses on travel?

If we're getting people to run a creche for seven hours, should we be sorting them out with some money?  What about insurance for creche, do we get parents to sign disclaimer forms(!)?

Tshirts: Pru has negotiated Screen One to do 20x Tshirts for £120total. We'll need to pay for these up front, but can then sell these on, either on the day or subsequently through Greenleaf - at-cost = £6 so would £8 seem ok price to charge? We can also use Tshirts to identify those helping on the day, but agreed at last meeting that we each have to pay £6 (cost price) to keep one if we want to do so, otherwise we're using budget to improve our own wardrobes and people would prefer to see that £ going to Iraq/ server provision etc. Anyone who doesnt want a Tshirt can return it at the end of the day and I'll wash it and take it to Greenleaf to flog! Alternatively Tony's also got some Tshirts which can be worn/ sold - speak to him re this...
