[IMC-bristol] frontpage problem

There seems to be a problem with the middle column.  As i was updating it 
it appears to have partly brought up the 'submission ' form as well...my 
attempts to fix it have failed so far.

If anyone can chip in and help fix it...that would be 
good.  The  features.cgi  form is here

even deleting the offending article seems to fail.  I guess its another 
glitch in the active software...
