Film-maker and chronic culture-jammer Craig Baldwin [OTHER CINEMA San
Francisco]: "Tribulation 99: Alien Anomalies Under America" [a  pseudo
pseudo-documentary obsessively organised into 99 paranoid rants - lurid,
hilarious, like an X-ray of a rabid slacker's seething brain] which has a
sort of  cult/novelty status as a crazy found-footage collage here in the
US.

30-40 minutes of video shorts that precede this are a kind of 'prankster
mix' 'Subversive Shorts from the San Francisco Underground"

agit-prop/anti-war street reports from 2003,some media-pranking shorts which
conduct political resistance at the level of advertising and on the
hand-made/found-footage tip some pieces that deal with subverting commercial
iconography.
