Andrew Kelly the Director of Bristol 2008 Capital of Culture Bid has asked
us to circulate the following message:

"It is now almost certain that the decision will be announced by the Prime
Minister at 8.30 on Wednesday 4th June. We want to have a celebration on
this occasion and hope that you would join us for breakfast between 7.45
and 9.00 on that day in the Watershed Media Centre. We will be able to
watch the anouncement live.

We are also organising an afternoon conference on 11th June to discuss and
debate the delivery of Bristol 2008. This will take place between 13.30
and 16.30, again at the Watershed.

I hope that you will be able to join me at either or both of these events.
If you would like to book a place please send an e-mail to
andrew.kelly@bristol2008.com We will contact you with final arrangements
as soon as we have these confirmed."

Please pass this e-mail to anyone that you think might be interested.
