[IMC-bristol] Article format

I am writing an article using microsoft publisher.  I am laying out the article carefully and would like to know if it will appear with the original formatting, type faces, picture positions  ect.
Will it look on the site as it appears in Publisher?
Also, do I write it across several pages or one long one and what file format is preferred.
