The drugs issue in bristol is hardly 'peoples personal interests' living
in St.Pauls, it the topic on the lips of most people. I think its an
inportant issue to cover. I was not suggesting Merchant Ventures vs.
Drugs Issues, merly that a new front page bit be added.
